The land was rejected by filing a fake resignation, alleging fraud by colluding with the employees of the tehsil.

A sensational case of fraudulent land admission-rejection has come to light in the Mathura-Tehsildar Court Mant. The victim has alleged that the opponents, in connivance with the tehsil workers, put a fake resignation file in his name and got the land in their name. The victim has filed a complaint in the police station demanding legal action.

Ramveer Singh, son of Dharamveer Singh, a resident of village Chintagarhi police station Nouhjhil, told the police in the complaint that case number 1611/2025 was under consideration in the Tehsildar Court Mont, in which he himself was the objector. Earlier, the court had dismissed the renaming proceedings following their objections.

This is how the fraud was revealed

According to the victim, on April 27, 2026, when he received a copy of his khatauni from the tehsil, the ground slipped under his feet. The name of Bina Devi, wife of Omveer Singh, resident of Palam Colony, Delhi, was registered on the khatauni. When Ramveer Singh examined the letter through his lawyer, it was found that a fake resignation letter had been attached in his name in the file. It is alleged that Bina Devi and her husband Omveer Singh have fraudulently completed this admission-rejection process in collusion with the employees of the tehsil.

Demand for action against corrupt tehsil workers

The victim, Ramveer Singh, has filed an application at the police station demanding to file a report against the culprits. He has demanded that strict legal action be taken against the land mafia and corrupt tehsil workers involved in this conspiracy.
