Ashadha Gupt Navratri 2026: The Gupt Navratri of the month of Ashadha has started from today i.e. July 15. This Navratri will continue till July 23. There are 10 Mahavidyas to be worshipped in Gupt Navratri. Gupt Navratri is considered to be a time of secret practice. Tantric worship is performed at this time. These ten Mahavidyas of Gupt Navratri are considered to be the form of Mata Sati. It is believed that Mata Sati took these forms to stop Mahadev. In Gupt Navratri, the practice of 10 Mahavidyas gives special benefits in life.
This Navratri is very different from the festival of Navratri. It is said that the more the sadhana done during this time is kept secret, the faster its results are obtained. During this time, a fast of nine days can also be kept. It is believed that worshipping these forms of Mata Sati solves all the problems.
