Rahul clashes in Delhi, Tejashwi alone in Patna? Controversy escalated due to Congress-Left timing

A different picture appeared in Bihar amid claims of solidarity in the Indi Alliance over the opposition’s protest against the Election Commission. In Delhi, Rahul Gandhi was protesting with the opposition parties, but in Patna, RJD performed alone. In Patna, Tejashwi Yadav had invited the Congress and the Left to join the demonstration, but no leader from these two parties reached to protest together with the RJD.

Tejashwi gave the name of ‘Aakrosh March’

Tejashwi Yadav named the RJD’s protest as ‘Aakrosh March’. They started protesting on the road at around 10 am. The RJD’s plan was to lay siege to the Raj Bhavan. But the police barricaded the assembly and stopped Tejashwi Yadav from moving forward. During this, there was also a little scuffle between Tejashwi and the police. Tejashwi Yadav climbed the barricade. After this, the police took him into custody. With Tejashwi’s detention, the RJD’s protest was stopped for the time being.

Tejashwi said, ‘The war is not going to stop’

Before being detained, Tejashwi Yadav targeted the BJP. He said that the people will definitely punish those who strangle democracy. He said that no matter how much efforts are made to suppress the voice of the opposition, now the war is not going to stop. Tejashwi alleged that even attempts to protest in a democratic manner were being prevented. The RJD had tried to take out a march to the Raj Bhavan to register its protest against the Election Commission.

“Why is the Congress not with Tejashwi?” the BJP asked.

The BJP also attacked Tejashwi Yadav’s performance and the absence of the Congress. BJP spokesperson Ajay Alok said that now even Congress leaders do not trust Tejashwi Yadav, then how will the people of Bihar trust him. Ajay Alok said that despite Tejashwi’s invitation, no Congress leader joined his protest. He claimed that it is clear that the Indie Alliance has broken down and there is no substance left in its words.

Police reach Raj Bhavan with RJD delegation

However, after some time, the police reached the Raj Bhavan with the RJD delegation led by Tejashwi Yadav. There, Tejashwi Yadav submitted a memorandum to the Governor. After submitting the memorandum, the RJD ended its protest. Thus, the demonstration, which began with the intention of gheraoing the Raj Bhavan, ended with the handing over of a memorandum to the Governor. When Tejashwi Yadav came out of the Raj Bhavan, the political picture changed once again.

After Tejashwi’s departure, Congress-Left also reached

Shortly after Tejashwi Yadav left the Raj Bhavan, some Congress and Left leaders reached the same place with about 100 to 200 workers. The special thing was that till some time ago, RJD’s demonstration was going on at this place. Congress and Left leaders also registered their protest against the Election Commission. This raised the question of why the Congress and the Left did not reach Tejashwi Yadav’s call earlier.

Shakeel Ahmad Khan gave a different reason.

When Congress leader Shakeel Ahmed Khan was asked why he did not attend the demonstration on the invitation of Tejashwi Yadav and whether the Congress does not support the RJD’s performance, he gave a different reason. Shakeel Ahmad Khan said that Tejashwi Yadav had given 11 o’clock for the protest, but he started the protest at 10 am. In such a situation, the Congress people arrived later according to the scheduled time. “What is the fault of Congress workers in this?
