Located in Greater Faridabad-also known as the Neharpar region-the area is emerging as a key real estate hub due to its connectivity via the Faridabad Bypass Road (NH-148NA), linking Delhi, the KMP Expressway and the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway.
Upcoming infrastructure like the FNG Expressway and proximity to the Noida International Airport is further boosting its growth prospects.
