The victim, Mamta, alleged that she had come to the sub-centre with her brother-in-law to get her card made. When he asked the ANM to make the card, he flatly refused, for the last four days he has been roaming around to get his card. During that time, he got into an argument with the ANM about something. It is alleged that the ANM suddenly got angry and picked up the stick.
The woman says that she was hit by the stick used by the ANM and she is also two months pregnant. If the injury from the pole was serious, then there could have been a big loss. A young man was making a video during the incident. It is alleged that this increased the anger of the ANM and he behaved aggressively.
There was also an argument with ASHA workers on the phone.
The ANM side has described all the allegations against it as baseless. He says that on April 2, Kuldeep had called the ASHA workers to get the card, but during the conversation, he started arguing. At that time, the ANM had gone to get an injection somewhere, so the ASHA workers gave her time for the next day. After this, Kuldeep reached the spot at around 9 am the next day. Shortly after, there was an argument between the two, in which Kuldeep allegedly called him illiterate.
According to the ANM, he was then pushed, in response to which he picked up the stick. At the moment, how much truth is there in whose allegation, it will be clear only after the investigation. The police have registered a complaint in the case.
