Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday directed officers to ensure the prompt disposal of all files as any delay affected administrative functioning. All files should be cleared through the portal within 15 days, he said.
Presiding over a review meeting of the human resource module at the Civil Secretariat here, he said all departments should conduct a review of pending cases at their respective levels and fix accountability.
Regular updating of files on the portal was important to maintain transparency in functioning, he said, adding that its progress should be reviewed every month. Officers and employees performing well should be encouraged, while action should be taken against those showing negligence, he added. \
