In the 12th examinations of the Haryana Board of School Education (BSEH), such an organized and shameful game of mass cheating has come to the fore, which has shaken the entire education department and police administration. Policemen, centre superintendents and teachers deployed to prevent cheating at Isarna and Dahar examination centres in Panipat have been caught cheating children indiscriminately. This whole scam has been revealed in the investigation of the Special Rapid Action Force (RAF) of the board chairman.
Protectors become predators
The investigation team has got such CCTV videos, which are a slap on the entire examination system. In the video (which is from the exam held in February), it is clearly seen that the policeman, center superintendent and woman teacher posted at the examination center are themselves delivering cheating material (slips) to the children and are helping them to cheat.
CCTV cameras are not a shield, but a weapon.
A source associated with the Special RAF said that there was already an open of cheating from paper at these centers. Here the CCTV cameras were not made a shield to stop cheating, but a weapon of copying, whenever the checking team (flying) reached the center, the children were sitting and taking the exam and the cameras were found to be correct. When the team examined the CCTV in depth, it was found that in the absence of the checking team, the cameras were deliberately closed and the open game of cheating was going on. The last recording in CCTV here was captured on March 12. After this, the recording was stopped by jugaad at the center.
Recommendation to cancel all exams
There is every possibility of the connivance of the police and education department employees as well as the local checking team in this big syndicate of cheating. At present, the Special RAF team has strongly recommended the cancellation of all examinations held at these two centers (Israna and Dahar) on the basis of CCTV footage and other solid evidence. After this revelation, there has been a stir in the education department.
