Rehan Khan, who was posted as a junior assistant from the deceased dependent quota in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, could not pass the Hindi computer typing test three times in a row. After failing in the third and last opportunity, the DM has issued an order to appoint him to the post of Class IV. Rehan Khan is working in Mirganj tehsil.

Rehan Khan was appointed as a Junior Assistant on July 5, 2021 as a deceased dependent. According to the rules, he had to pass the Hindi computer typing test. The first exam took place on 25 September 2023, in which he failed. He was then given a second chance, but he could not pass the exam held on June 21, 2024.
Rehan was given the third and final chance to pass the Hindi typing test. Even in the test held on September 8, 2026, he could not achieve the set standard. Thereafter, action was taken under the provisions of the government order. The DM issued an order on September 16 appointing Rehan to the post of Class IV.
Other deceased dependent employees also failed.
The Bareilly administration has also given another opportunity to other deceased dependent employees who failed in the computer typing test. Laxmi Saxena and Rahul Kumar have been given the third and final chance for the Hindi typing test. At the same time, Sanchit Chaudhary will get a second chance. These employees have been given two months to prepare for the computer typing test.

The DM said that Rihan Khan, who is from AWBN Mirganj, was posted as a junior assistant in 2021 from the deceased dependent quota. And if he is constantly in the post of junior assistant, he must know computer typing. If he is not coming at the time of the then recruitment, then according to the rules, he is given a chance to practice and after practicing he learns typing so that he can pass the test. He was given a chance in which he could not pass, then he was given a second chance but still did not pass, then he failed in all three times when given the third chance.
Under the mandate that it says, under the GO which it says, we have been demoted from the post of Junior Assistant to the post of Class IV and similarly some other employees who have come here, are from the deceased dependent quota, in which there is a Sanchit Chaudhary. Rahul Kumar, Laxmi Saxena, these people are also constantly failing in computer typing. Just now their case came up again, I saw it and on the ground of sympathy, I have given one more opportunity to both of them from my side that within 2 months, they can learn computer typing again, so that they can improve their efficiency. If they are not able to learn even after 2 months, then strict action will be taken against them as well.
